GreenSense Beta Testing Agreement

Effective Date: October 1, 2025
Beta Testing Period: October 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025

1. Beta Testing Acknowledgment

By participating in the GreenSense beta testing program ("Beta Program"), you acknowledge and agree that:

  • GreenSense is currently in BETA TESTING PHASE

  • The Service may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features

  • Features may change or be removed without notice

  • Service availability is not guaranteed

  • AI recommendations should not be relied upon for critical lawn care decisions

    • 2. Beta Testing Terms

    2.1 Service Limitations


    During the beta period, the Service may experience:
  • Intermittent Availability: Service may be unavailable at times

  • Feature Changes: Features may be modified or removed

  • Performance Issues: Slower response times or errors

  • Data Loss: Potential loss of data due to system updates

    • 2.2 AI Recommendations Disclaimer


    CRITICAL: All AI recommendations during beta testing are:
  • Experimental: Not fully tested or validated

  • Potentially Inaccurate: May contain errors or inappropriate suggestions

  • Not Professional Advice: Should not replace professional lawn care consultation

  • Use at Your Own Risk: You assume all risks for following recommendations

    • 2.3 Beta User Responsibilities


    As a beta tester, you agree to:
  • Provide Feedback: Report bugs, issues, and suggestions

  • Test Responsibly: Use the Service in a safe, responsible manner

  • Report Problems: Notify us of any issues or concerns

  • Follow Safety Guidelines: Always verify recommendations independently

    • 3. Enhanced Liability Limitations

    3.1 Beta Testing Risks


    YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT:
  • Beta software carries inherent risks

  • AI recommendations may be incorrect or harmful

  • Weather forecasts may be inaccurate

  • Service interruptions may occur

    • 3.2 Limitation of Liability


    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
  • We disclaim all liability for any damage resulting from beta testing

  • We are not responsible for lawn damage from following AI recommendations

  • We are not liable for service interruptions or data loss

  • You use the Service entirely at your own risk

    • 3.3 Indemnification


    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless APTEC Solutions PTY LTD from any claims arising from your participation in the beta program.

    4. Feedback and Intellectual Property

    4.1 Feedback License


    By providing feedback, you grant us:
  • Unlimited License: To use your feedback for any purpose

  • No Compensation: No payment or compensation for feedback

  • No Confidentiality: Feedback is not confidential

    • 4.2 Beta Testing Data


    We may use your beta testing data to:
  • Improve the Service: Analyze usage patterns and issues

  • Fix Bugs: Address problems you report

  • Develop Features: Create new functionality based on feedback

    • 5. Beta Program Benefits

    5.1 Free Access


    During beta testing, you receive:
  • Signup Bonus: 1000 credits to get started (expires in 90 days)

  • Monthly Free Credits: 100 free credits every month (topped up on your registration anniversary)

  • Full Access: All features and functionality

  • Priority Support: Direct access to development team

  • Early Access: First to try new features

    • 5.2 Recognition


    Beta testers may receive:
  • Credits: Additional credits for valuable feedback

  • Recognition: Public acknowledgment (with permission)

  • Exclusive Access: Early access to future features

    • 6. Beta Testing Guidelines

    6.1 Testing Scope


    Please test:
  • Core Features: Lawn creation, AI scheduling, calendar management

  • Edge Cases: Unusual lawn types, extreme weather, complex scenarios

  • User Experience: Interface usability, mobile responsiveness

  • Performance: Speed, reliability, error handling

    • 6.2 Reporting Issues


    When reporting issues, please include:
  • Steps to Reproduce: How to recreate the problem

  • Expected Behavior: What should happen

  • Actual Behavior: What actually happened

  • Screenshots: Visual evidence when helpful

  • System Information: Browser, device, operating system

    • 6.3 Feedback Channels


    Submit feedback through:
  • In-App Feedback: Use the feedback button

    • 7. Beta Program Duration

    7.1 Testing Period


  • Start Date: October 1, 2025

  • End Date: December 31, 2025

  • Extension: May be extended at our discretion

    • 7.2 Transition to Production


    When beta testing ends:
  • Data Migration: Your data will be preserved

  • Account Continuation: Your account will remain active

  • Pricing Changes: Standard pricing may apply

  • Feature Changes: Some beta features may be modified or removed

    • 8. Confidentiality

    8.1 Confidential Information


    During beta testing, you may have access to:
  • Unreleased Features: Features not yet public

  • Internal Information: Development plans and strategies

  • Technical Details: System architecture and implementation

    • 8.2 Confidentiality Obligations


    You agree to:
  • Keep Confidential: Not disclose confidential information

  • Use Only for Testing: Use information only for beta testing purposes

  • Return Information: Return or destroy confidential information when requested

    • 9. Termination

    9.1 Termination by You


    You may terminate your participation in the beta program at any time by:
  • Account Deletion: Deleting your account

  • Email Notification: Notifying us at admin@greensense.au

    • 9.2 Termination by Us


    We may terminate your beta participation if you:
  • Violate Terms: Breach this agreement or Terms of Service

  • Misuse Service: Use the Service inappropriately

  • Provide False Information: Submit inaccurate feedback or data

    • 11. Agreement Acceptance

    By continuing to use GreenSense during the beta period, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Beta Testing Agreement.

    IMPORTANT: This agreement supplements but does not replace our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. All three documents apply to your use of the Service.
